Ingredients:

200gm Potatoes

200gm Carrots

100gm Onions

200gm Peas

4 Green chillies

1 tsp Bengal gram flour

1 tsp Coriander leaves

1 Lime

50gm Ghee

to taste Salt

Methods:

Boil and mash vegetables. 2, Chop onions, green chilies and coriander leaves.3, Heat a little fat and sauté onions and green chillies. 4, Add mashed vegetables, lime juice and Salt to taste. Make into balls, dip in gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown.
