Ingredients:
Potatoes 250gm
Carrots 200gm
Onions 100gm
Peas 200gm
Green chillies 10gm
Bengal gram flour 10gm
Coriander leaves 10gm
Lime 1
Oil 50ml
Salt To taste
Method:
Chop onions, green chilies and coriander leaves. Boil and mash vegetables and now heat little oil and sauté onions and green chillies. Add mashed vegetables, lime juice and Salt to taste. Make into balls, dip in gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown.
