Ingredients:
500 gms Potatoes
100 gms Carrot
100 gms Peas
50 gms Onion
1 Capsicum
1 Lime
Pepper to taste
1 Egg
50 gms Breadcrumbs
3 tsp Fat
1 tsp Refined Flour
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil and mash potatoes. Boil and chop carrots and peas. Mince onion, chop fine the capsicum. Mix chopped vegetables, onion, capsicum with mashed potatoes. Add lime juice, pepper and salt. Shape into cutlets, dip in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
