Varan – Maharastrian Dal

Ingredients:

100gm Split red gram
To taste Salt
A pinch Turmeric

Method:

1, Wash and soak gram. 2, Boil the water. 3, Add gram and turmeric. 4, Cook till water is nearly finished and add salt. 5, Mix well with a ladle. (Consistency of gram should be thick) 6, Serve hot.
