Vaanilla Sponge Cake – Convection Mode

Ingredients:

100 gms - Maida
2 - Eggs
100 gms - Powder Sugar
100 gms - Butter
1 tsp - Baking Powder
1 tsp - Vanilla Essence

Method:

Sieve maida baking powder. Pre heat micro wave, Press 180 temperature, Press start button, meanwhile beat eggs well add butter beat well, add powder sugar, beat well. add essence slowly fold in the maida mixture beat in one direction. When you hear the beap sound stop the stop button put the cake mixture on low rack stand on the turn table and press convection button 180 temperature bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
