Ingredients:
4 Tomatoes
250gm Onions
5 Green chilies
¼ tsp Cumin
Salt to taste
4 tsp Fat
1tsp Corn flour
1tsp Milk
1tsp Bread crumbs (fresh)
4 Eggs (hard- boiled)
Methods:
Heat fat and fry cumin. Add mustard seeds, when the seeds crackle, add chopped chilies, onions and quartered and skinned tomatoes. Add salt to taste and cook on a very slow fire till all are cooked and dry. Add corn flour blended with milk. Still until it thickens. Add the eggs (chopped finely), and then the breadcrumbs. Put into a mould rinsed with cold water and set in the refrigerator. When set, serve with a salad.
