Ingredients:
2 Cup Rice
6 Tomato
2 Onions
4 Flakes
Ginger Small Pieces
4 Pepper
3 Cloves
Salt to Taste
Coriander Leaves
Method:
Add half the water to the tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes. Mash well and strain grind ginger and garlic. Mix the tomato juice slice onions. Heat ghee brown onions and remove half for the garnish. Add cloves and pepper. Add rice and fry well. Add tomato juice and remaining water and cook the rice add salt. Cook till done. Garnish with browned onions and chopped coriander leaves.
