Tomato Ambal

Ingredients:

500gm Tomatoes
Oil
A Small Pieces Jaggery
1/2tsp Turmeric
to taste Salt
¼ tsp Mustard seeds

Method of preparation:

Wash and cut tomatoes into quarters. 2, Heat oil, add mustard seeds. 3, When Mustard Seeds crackle add tomatoes. 4,Fry for one or two minutes. Add jaggery, turmeric and salt. 5, Cover and cook gently till tomatoes are cooked and gravy thickens.
