Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients:

200 gms Mushroom (Cut into Small Pieces)
50 gms Paneer
1 Potato (Boil)
1 Big Onion (Cut into Small Pieces)
1 tsp Pepper Powder
5 Capcicum (Bhajji Milagai)
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

Method:

Take a bowl add paneer and potato mix it and add pepper powder and salt. Heat the pan and pour some oil add onion, mushroom and fry them for few minutes. Add pepper powder and salt. Now take a bowl mix a paneer and potato mix and musroom fry. Stuff in Capcicum.
Then heat the pan fry the stuffed capcicum for few minutes. Now Stuffed Mushroom is ready.
