Spicy Potatoes – Micro Oven

Ingredients:

½ Kgs Small Potatoes
2 tsp Curd
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
A Little Tandoori Colour
2 tsp Coriander Powder
Hing a Pinch
Salt to Taste
Oil

Method:

Boiled the potatoes in micro wave along with water for ten minutes. Peal the skin marinate the above mixture for 4 hours. Then in a kadai add little oil, add cumin, add the above mixture fry for 3-4 minutes, put in the crusty plate, place the high rack stand, micro wave and grill for 7 minutes then grill for 7 minutes in between rearrange several times and brush with the oil.
