Snake gourd with bengal gram

250gm Snake gourd
100gm Bengal grem
7 Onion (small)
1 Tomatoe
5 Green chillies
¼ tsp Fennel
4 tsp Coconut
Asafoetida
¼ tsp Turmeric
1/4tsp Mustard
a few spring Coriander leaves
to taste Salt
Oil

Methods:

Cook Bengal gram in water.2, When gram is cooked. Grind green chillies, fennel, coconut asafoetida and turmeric with smooth paste. 3, Chop snake gourd and onion and tomatoes Heat oil put mustard and fry shank gourd, onion and tomatoes.4, Fry well add grind paste and cook Bengal gram , salt one cup of water. The gravy will thick finally add coriander leaves.
