Ingredients:
250gm Snake gourd
to taste Salt
½ Cocount
½ tsp Coriander
a pinch Cumin
a pinch Turmeric
2.5cm(1)piece Ginger
1 Green chilli
1 piece Cinnamom
150gm Oil
15gm Onion
Methods:
Wash and cut snake gourd into small pieces with a little salt and Water. 2, Grind to a fine paste, coconut, coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, green Chilli and cinnamon. 3, Heat oil, Add sliced onion. Saute. Add ground ingredients And fry for a few minutes more. 4, Add snake gourd pieces, a cup of water and more salt if desired. Cook till gravy is thick and gourd is tender.
