Ingredients:

Chaulti beans    20gm
Brinjal                 4
Potatoes            150gm
Drumsticks      50gm
Broad beans    100gm
Radish 2gm
Peas 50gm
Bitter gourd      50gm
Ginger 5gm
Turmeric powder            5gm
Mustard seeds                 2gm
Coconut milk                   50ml
Salt To taste
Sugar                                  2gm
Oil                                       50gm

Dry mixed spices – A punch each

Fenugreek
Onion seeds
Pennel
Cumin
Mustard seeds

Method:

Cut beans, brinjals, peeled potatoes, radish and bitter gourd into long pieces and fry separately. Cut drumstick into long pieces and shell peas. Grind ginger, mustard seeds and turmeric to smooth paste. Heat oil, fry, and dry mixed spices and curry leaves. Add vegetables and fry a little. Add ground spices, salt sugar and enough water to cook the vegetables. Cover and simmer till vegetables are tender. Add coconut milk and cook
till the gravy becomes thick.
