Roast Potato

Ingredients:

4 Potato
Oil
Salt to Taste

Method:

Wash, peel and rewash the potatoes cut into even sized portions. Parboil in salted water drain well. Heat fat in a roasting tray. Add the potatoes and lightly brown on all sides. Cook in a hot oven turning the potatoes once or twice. Cook to a golden brown drain. Serve hot with roast meat.
