Ingredients:
50gms Rava (Grind it 2minutes)
50gms Maida
200gms Idly Flover
2 Big Onion
2 Green Chilly (cut into small pieces)
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Urdu Dal
1 tsp Channa Dal
1/2 tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
Method:
Soak rava, maida, idly batter and salt for 2 hours.
Heat the pan and pour some oil and add mustrad seed, urdu dal, channa dal, jeera, onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Fry them till the onion becomes golden brown colour and add salt. Collect the mixture and add to flover.
Then heat the tava and prepare Dosa using the batter.
Serve with Coconut Chutney.
