Rasam

Ingredients:

2 Pieces of  garlic Chopped
1 Tomato ones cut into small pcs
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Urdu Dal
3 tsp Boiled Dal
2 Cups Dal Water
4 tsp Tamarind Paste
1 1/2 tsp Rasam Powder
Salt to Taste
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves

Method:

Heat the pan and add Mustard seed, Urdu Dal, Add the chopped tomatoes to the mixture and continue to fry till tomatoes are soft. Mix the tamarind paste and add salt, dal water and allow it to boil for few minutes. Add Rasam Powder and boiled Dal and add 2 Pieces of  Chopped garlic. Garnish with Curry Leaves and coriander leaves. Rasam is ready.
