Ragi Vermicelli

Ingredients:

400gm Ragi semiya
2ltr Water
2 Onion
2 Green chillies
2 Red chillies
½ tsp Mustard
½ tsp Urud dal
Curry&coriander leaves a spring
1 Tomato
to taste Salt
Oil

Method of preparation:

Soak ragi semiya in 1 tsp salt water for 4 minutes and dran the water. Steam cook the soaked ragi semiya in idly pan for 10 mintues . Heat oil and add mustard , urud dal, chopped green chillies, red chillies chopped onion tomatoes are fry well. Add steamed ragi semiya and salt to taste. Finally garnished curry & coriander leaves.
