Ingredients:
2 Nos boiled Potato
1 big Onions
4 garlic Chopped
1 Tomato ones cut into small pcs
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
1/2 Coconut
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
4 Green chillies
2 Red chillies
2 1/2 tsp Coriander Seed
2 Clove
2 Small Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp kus kus
2tsp Channa Dal (Pottu Kadalai)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 lemon
Method:
Heat the pan with 3tsp of oil and fry green chillies, red chillies and coriander seed for few minutes. Collect these into a bowl. Then grind coconut, Kus kus, clove, cinnamon stick and Channa Dal (Pottu Kadalai) and add already fried mixture into it.
Heat the pan again, add the mustard seed, onions, garlic, Curry Leaves, coriander leaves fry till onions become golden brown, reduce the flame, add turmeric powder, Add the chopped tomatoes and continue to fry till tomatoes are soft now, add boiled Peeled Potato made into four pieces, add required salt into these mixture add coconut paste (already ground) into this, mix 11/2 cup of water and boil till the mixture becomes thick. Add lime juice, when the kuruma gets cooled. Now the potato kuruma is ready to serve.
Serve the kuruma with Idly, Dosa, Chappathi and Poori
