Ingredients:
250 gms Potatos (Boiled and Chopped into Pieces)
4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
1 Small Bunch Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Cummin Seeds
Salt to Taste
Method:
Heat the pan add some oil and add cummin seeds, green chillies, boiled potatoes, salt and two cups of water. After comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till the potatoes blend with the gravy. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. The Potato Gravy is Ready.
Serve along with Chappathi and Parota
