Potato And Peas Kuruma

Ingredients:

4 Potato (Boil)
100 gms Green Peas
1 Big Onion
100 gms Small Onions
2 Tomato cut into small pieces
2 Cup Coconut
1 Inch Ginger
6 or 8 Pieces Garlic
1 tsp Kus Kus
6 Clove
6 Small Cinnamon stick
2 Elachi
10 Green Chilly
Salt to taste
Mint Leaves
Coriander leaves

Method:

Heat the pan and pour some oil, add 4 clove, 4 small cinnamon stick, a elachi, kus kus, small onion, 8 green chilly and ginger garlic and fry for few minutes and grind them and collect the mixture in a bowl.

Heat the pan and pour some oil add 2 clove, 2 small cinnamon stick, a elachi, 1 piece of pay leave and add big onion fry them till the onion becomes golden brown and add tomato mixture and continue to fry till it becomes soft and add boiled potato and peas and add salt. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves and 1/2 cup of water and add already collected mixture and leave it in sim for 10 minutes. Now potato and peas kuruma is ready. Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve for Chappatti, Kuska
