Ingredients:
4 Potatos (Boil)
1 Tomato
2 Big Onion
6 Green Chilly
1 Cinnamon
1 Cloves
1 tsp Mustard Seed
1 tsp Urdu Dal
1/4 tsp Channa Dal
Curry Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt to Taste
Method:
Take a pan add oil, cinnamon stick, cloves, mustard seed, urdu dal, channa dal, then green chillies, chopped onions and tomato and fry it one by one. Then add the curry leaves and coriander leaves. Then add the boiled potato, some water, salt and cook till it becomes thick.
Masal for Poori is ready.
Now Prepare Poori and Serve Poori along with Masal.
