Ingredients:
500gm Cauliflower
250gm Potatoes
100gm Green peas
1/4tsp Turmeric
4 Red chillies
½ tsp Coriander
To taste Salt
50ml Mustard oil
1/2tsp Cumin
4 tsp Curds
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Fat
Method:
Grind turmeric, cumin, chillies, coriander to a paste. 2, Peel and cut potatoes into squares and wash well. Cut the cauliflower into flowerets and wash. 3, Heat oil and fry well. 4, Add the green peas and enough waster just to cover the vegetables. 5, Add some curds, sugar and salt. When the vegetables are cooked, remove from the fire. 6, Add a tbsp of fat and garam masala powder.
