Ingredients:
1 Lit Milk
50gm Sour curds or
1 tsp Lime juice or
1 tsp Vinegar
a few Crushed pepercorn
a few springs Coriander leaves
Methods:
1, Bring milk to boiling point. 2, Add crushed peppercorns, coriander leaves and beaten curds or vinger or juice, stirring the milk slowly. 3, Stir till whey separates. 4, Pour the whole into a clean muslin bag, tie loosely and hang till most of the liquid drains off. 5, Keep the bag under a heavy weight for half an hour. 6, Cut into cubes to be used
in the preparation of the curry.
