Ingredients:

100 gms Rice (small grain)
1 Lit Milk
200 gms Sugar
10 gms Sultanas
10 gms Cashewnuts
2 Cardamoms
25 gms Clarified Butter
2 Cup Water

Method:

Wash and soak rice. Cook rice in water with half the milk. Cook till soft. Add remaining milk and sugar and cook till it becomes thick. Mix well. Fry nuts and sultanas and add to payasam. Powder cardamoms and sprinkle over.
