Palak panir

Ingredients:

500gm Spinach
¼ bunch Fenugreek leaves
100gm cheese (panir)
a small piece Ginger
a few flakes Garlic
4 Green chillies
¼ tsp chilli powder
a few Coriander leaves
25 gm Ghee
to taste salt

Methods:

1, Cut panir into cubes.2,Heat fat. Fry panir till pale brown and remove. Grind together chilli powder, garlic and ginger.4, Fry spices and whole green chillies. 5, Add washed and chopped spinach and fenugreek leaves.Saute. 6, Add salt, cook quickly for a few minutes. Add water if necessary. Cove and cook on a slow fire till spinach and
fenugreek leaves are cooked. Mash well. 7, Add panir cubes. Bring to boil and remove. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
