Paav Bhaaji

Ingredients:

4 Potatoes
3 Tomatoes
2 Onions
2 Capsicum
11/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
2 tsp chilli powder
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp black salt
Butter
Salt to taste

Pav:
Bread loaves
150 gms Butter
2 Onions
2 Lime Sliced
3 tsp Coriander leaves

Method:

Boil potatoes and peel, chop tomatoes, capsicum, green chilly and onion. Heat butter in a pan and add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Fry for few minutes and add chopped onions and fry for few minutes. Mash the boiled potatoes and add butter, fry for about ten minutes. Now add tomatoes and the juice and keep stirring vigorously. Keep stirring till the tomatoes are cooked well and now bhaaji is ready.
Heat the tava and add some butter and slit the breads into halves. Fry the breads for few minutes on both sides. Serve alomg with bhaaji, chopped onions and lemon. Garnish with coriander leaves.
