Mutton Chops With Potato Covering

Ingredients:

500 Mutton Shops
250 gms Potatoes
1 Egg
50 gms Breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 Onion
5 tsp Butter
A little Milk
Salt to taste
Fat to fry

Method:

Wash and clean chops. Beat with blunt side of knife. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little fat.
Fry sliced onion. Add chops and a little water and boil till chops are tender and no moisture is left.
Make mashed potatoes. Cover chops. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
