Ingredients:
1/2 Kgs Mutton
200 gms Potatos
1 Onion
1 Egg
1 tsp Pepper
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
25 gms Butter
3 tsp Milk
Oil
Salt to Taste
Method:
Wash and clean mutton. Beat with blunt side of knife. Season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil fry sliced onion. Add chops and a little water and boil till chops are tender and no moisture is left. Make mashed potatoes. Cover chops. Coat with egg and breadcrumbs and deep fry.
