Mixed Vegetable Bhujjia

Ingredients

Potatoes           200gm
Cabbage            100gm
Peas                    100gm
Tomatoes        100gm
Onion                 100gm
Turmeric          1/2tsp
Cumin                1/2tsp
Ginger               10gm
Garlic                 3 flakes
Oil                        50gm
Salt                      To taste

Dry mango powder or pomegranate seeds or lime to taste

Method

Wash and prepare vegetables for cooking. Heat oil and fry spices, add vegetables and salt sauté and well. Cover the pan with a lid. Cook gently, shaking the pan frequently to prevent burning and add water necessary. Cook till all vegetables are properly cooked. Add mango powder or pomegranate seeds or lime juice and remove.
