Mild Mutton Curry

Ingredients:

1/2 kgs Mutton
Coconut
Garam Masala
1 Onion
Coriander powder
Poppy seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric
Ginger
25 gms Cashewnuts
2tsp Vinegar
30 gms Oil
Garlic
Salt as required

Method:

Clean and cut mutton into small pieces. Grind cashewnuts, coconut and spices together. Slice onions and heat oil, fry onion till it becomes crisp brown. Now add spices and fry for few minutes. Add cleaned mutton, adding required salt and fry for five more minutes. Cover pan and reduce haet. Keep a little water over the lid of pan to stop meat from burning. Add hot water as required, a little at a time till meat is tender. Add vinegar. Garnish with onion and coriander leaves. Now Mutton curry is ready.
