Ingredients :
2 Cups Wheat Flour
1 Cups Bengal Gram (Flour)
1 tsp Chilly Powder
1 tsp Turmaric Powder
1 tsp Salt
Methi 1 Bundal (1 Cup)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Cover with the flour and allow for two hours forming a soft dough and roll it into small balls.
Flatten the ball and roll out into thin chapathi’s.
Then heat the pan in medium heat and cook each parota for few minutes, turn the paratha and add oil and cook for few minutes both sides.
Now Methi Parota is ready to serve.
Serve along with Chutney, Kuruma, Curry, Chicken Kulambu
