Methi Panir

Ingredients

200gm chese (panir)
2 Onion
100gm Fenugreek leaves
2 tsp Chilli powder
1 ½ tsp Garam masala
1/2tsp Turmeric
2 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp-11/2 tsp (to taste) Lime juice
to taste Salt
Water
100gm Ghee

Methods:

Chop fenugreek leaves after removing root and part of stem attached to root. 2, Wash and apply 2 tsp salt and aside for an hour. 3, queeze out water from the leaves and wash them throughly (3-4washing). 4, Grind fenugreek leaves.5, Heat fat and fry onion. 6, Add ground fenugreek leaves, and spices (except garam masala) and fry. 7, Fry cubes of panir in remaining fat. Add fried panir and water to fenugreek. Cover, cook till gravy is thick. Add garam masala and lime juice and remove from the fire.
