Ingredients:
2 Cup Rice
2 Lemon
1 tsp Fenugreek
2 tsp Black Gram
2 tsp Bengal Gram
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
6 Red Chilly
1/4 tsp Turmaric Powder
Curry Leaves
Asafoetida
Salt to Taste
Method:
Boil rice and set aside. Roast and powder fenugreek, turmeric, and black gram. Mix with rice add salt and lime juice. Heat oil fry bengal gram add curry leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida and red chillies. When brown, remove from fire and add to rice mix well and serve hot.
