Ladies Finger Ratta

Ingredients:

Curd                      250ml
Ladies finger      250gms
Green chillies    5gm
Onion                   10gm
Salt                       To taste
Oil                          10ml

Method:

Beat curds well with salt. Chop ladies fingers green chillies and onion. Heat oil and fry chopped ingredients till crisp. Add  to beaten curd and serve at once.
