Ingredients:
250gms lady’s Finger
1/2 Coconut
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Tamarind Paste
8 Red Chillies
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
1/4 tsp Urdu Dal
Salt to Taste
Method:
Cut the lady’s finger into long pieces. Add a little salt to enough water and sprinkle on lady’s fingers and cook till almost done. Grind coconut, turmaric powder, tamarind and red chillies to a paste. Add the ground masala paste to the lady’s fingers. Add a little water to prepare a thick gravy and bring to boil. Heat 1/2 tsp oil and add mustrad seed, urdu dal and pour over the lady’s fingers.
Now the Lady’s Fingers Gravy is ready to serve.
Serve along with Plain Rice, Curd Rice.
