Ingredients:
2 Cup Rice
1 Big Onion
1 Tomato cut into small pieces
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Water
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4 tsp Small Onions Paste
5 Green Chilly
2 Clove
2 Small Cinnamon stick
2 Elachi
Salt to taste
Mint Leaves
Coriander leaves
Method:
Heat the pan and pour some oil, 2 tsp ghee, add 2 clove, 2 small cinnamon stick, a elachi, 1 piece of pay leave and add big onion and fry them till the onion becomes golden brown and add tomato mixture and continue to fry till it becomes soft and add ginger garlic paste, add small onion paste, add green chilly, coriander leaves, mint leaves and fry for few minute and add rice. Add salt, water and coconut milk and leave in sim for 10 minutes. Now kuska is ready. Finally garnish with the coriander leaves.
Serve with Potato and Peas Kuruma.
