Ingredients:
100gms Kauliflower(cut into small pieces)
1/4 cup coconut
1 Tomato
1 Big Onion (cut into pieces)
1 Inch Ginger
6 Garlic Pieces
5 Small Onion
2 Green Chilly
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
4 Clove
4 Small Cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp Soombu
1/2 tsp Kus Kus (dry pan fry)
Salt to taste
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
Method:
Grind coconut,small onion, garlic, ginger, 2 clove, 2 small cinnamon stick, soombu, kus kus and collect the mixture in a bowl.
Heat the pan and pour some oil and add clove, small cinnamon stick, add big onion, a green chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves and fry them till the onion becomes golden brown colour. Add tomato, Kauliflower and sequentially red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric Powder boil the vegetable and mixture (already ground) and heat the mixture for 7 minutes. Now the Kauliflower Kuruma is ready. Finally garnish with the coriander leaves.
Serve along with Plain Rice, Chappati
