Kabuli Matter – Dry peas

Ingredients:

100gm Dry peas
½ Limes
4 Green chilies
½ bunch Coriander leaves
A small piece Ginger
½ tsp Chilly powder
A pinch Garam masala powder
A pinch Cumin powder
To taste Salt

Method:

1, Wash and soak peas overnight, preferably with a pinch of soda.2, Cook in the same water till soft. 3, Mash roughly, add lime juice, salt, finely chopped green chilies, Coriander leaves and ginger, chilly powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder. Mix well and serve.
