Ingredients:
½ Kgs Potatoes (boiled)
1 tsp Chilly Powder
300 gms Curd
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
Mint and Coriander Paste (small)
Oil
Method:
Boiled the potatoes in the micro wave for 10 minutes in high. Peal the skin, marinate in the above ingredients for 2 to 3 hours. Place in a high rack stand on crusty plate brush the potatoes with oil in comby mode 7 minutes then brush again in oil, grill mode 10-12 minutes. Several times brush the potatoes with oil rearrange several times.
