Ingredients:
50gm Split green gram
2 Green chillies
A small piece Ginger
½ Limes
2 tsp Coconut
1 bunch Coriander leaves
To taste Salt
Tempering
1/4tsp Split black gram
1/4tsp Mustard
2Red chillies
1 tsp Oil
Method:
1, Soak the green gram overnight in sufficient water. Drain. 2, Grate coconut, chop chillies, ginger and coriander leaves fine. 3. Mix the ingredients together. 4, Add the tempering. Serve chilled.
