Garlic Chutney

Ingredients:

1 Garlic
5 Red Chilly
2 Tomato
50gms gingelly Oil
1/2 tsp mustrad Seed
Salte to Taste

Method:

Fry Garlic, Red Chilly and Tomato seperately and collect them and grind. Then heat the pan and add gingelly oil, mustrad seed and add (already ground) mixture and fry for few minutes. The Garlic Chutney is ready.

Serve for Idly, Dosa
