Frying batter for fish

Ingredients:

250gm Refined flour
10gm  Yeast,fresh or  dry yeast
300ml Milk or water
to taste Salt

Method:

1,Sift the flour and salt into a basin. 2, Dissolve the yeast in a little of the water. 3, Make a well in the flour.4, Add the yeast and the liquid. 5, Mix the flour gradually and beat in a smooth mixture. 8,Allow to rest for at least one hour before using.
