Ingredients:
250gm Bitter gourd
5 Green chillies
50gm Cocount
to taste Salt
Cocount oil
Methods:
Wash and dry gourd. Slit and remove seeds and pulp. 2, Cut into fine slices or roundels. 3, Slit green chillies. 4, Cut coconut into small pieces. 5, Cook together, gourd green chillies and coconut with salt and just enough water to cook gourd dry. 6, Cook over gentle heat till gourd is done and water evaporated. 7, Heat oil in a fry pan. Add cooked gourd and fry till gourd is fairly crisp.
