Egg Curry

Today the recipe we are going to see is Egg Curry.

Ingredients

5 boiled eggs (Cut into Two pieces)
2 big onion cut into small piece
2 tomato chopped
Garlic 4 or 6 nos.cut into small piece
Curry leaves and coriander leaves
Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp and
Salt 1 tsp.

Method :

Pour oil into the pane and heat it and add Onions and garlic and fry till the onion reach the brown colour. Continue frying with adding Tomato to the mixture, reduce the heat allow the oil to float. Add Chilly powder, turmeric powder and required salt and mix and add half-a-cup of water. Now heat it till the water dries, add the eggs to the gravy
and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Now the Hot Egg Curry is ready.

Serve this with plain rice and also can be used as gravy for Chapatti, Poori etc…
