Ingredients:
250gm Potatoes
100gm Beans
100gm Cabbage
200gm Tomatoes
100gm Carrots
100gm Onions
50gm Oil
½ Bunch Coriander leaves
¼ tsp Pomegranate seeds
¼ tsp Chilly powder
¼ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
Method:
Prepare vegetable. Blanch tomatoes. Slice onions. Fry sliced onions Add spices and fry well. Add vegetable (except tomatoes), salt and water, and cook. When vegetables are half done, add tomatoes and pomegranate seeds. Cook till vegetables are tender and gravy is thick. Add shelled halved hard-boiled eggs. Simmer for about 5 minutes longer.
