Ingredients:
2 Egg
250 gms Onions
400 gms Potato
100 gms Carrot
200 gms Peas
100 gms Tomato
25 gms Butter
200 ml Cheese Sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
Method:
Cook potatoes, carrots, onions and peas separately. Dice cooked potatoes, carrots, onions and fresh tomatoes. Stir in the peas and butter. Beat the eggs with the seasoning. Stir into the cheese sauce. Add prepared vegetables to sauce. Turn into a greased casserole dish. Bake for half an hour in a moderate oven.
