Egg and Potato Fry

Ingredients:

3 Egg (Boiled)
2 Onions
4 Potato
1/2 tsp Pepper
Oil
Salt to Taste

Method:

Slice onions thick, Brown lightly in oil add thickly sliced, boiled potatoes cook for five minutes stirring well. Beat eggs with seasoning. Increase heat pour in beated eggs. Lift edges to let fluid egg flow under.
Cook till eggs set. Serve unfolded and hot.
