Egg and Dal Cutlets

Ingredients:

250gm Split Bengal gram
150gm Pumpkin (white)
50gm Onion
¼ tsp Turmeric
4 Green chillies
50gm Bengal gram flour
Oil for frying
(Absorption)
2 Eggs

Methods:

Pick and wash the gram. Chop onion and chillies and peel and cut pumpkin. Boil in very little water the gram, pumpkin, green chillies and onion. When gram is cooked, remove from fire and mash to a pulp. Hard-boil eggs and divide into quarters. Divide gram mixture into balls. Place a quarter of egg in the center and shape. Coat with gram flour batter and deep fry to a golden brown colors.
