Curd Kulambu

Ingredients:

100grms ladies finger
4 tsp coconut oil
1 cup curd
3 tsp dal (add water)
2 garlic pieces
2 or 3 small onions
Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
1/2 Coconut
3 Red chilly
3 Green chilly
1tsp Coriander seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Method:

Heat the pan 5tsp oil and fry the ladies finger for few minutes. Collect the ladies finger in a bowl. Grind coconut, red chilly, green chilly, coriander seeds, garlic pieces, 2 or 3 small onions and add 3tsp of dal mixture. Now heat the pan, pour the coconut mixture add turmeric powder and ladies finger. Add required salt and boil for few minutes and add curd to the mixture and stop heating after few minutes. Now heat the pan again add coconut oil, mustard seed, urdu dal, kadalai paruppu and Curry Leaves.

Now the curd kulambu is ready to serve.

The Curd Kulumbu matches well with the plain rice.
