Crispy Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 Cauliflower
1 tsp Rice Powder
1 tsp Corn Powder
1 tsp Maida
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Chilly Powder
Salt to Taste

Method:

Soak the cauliflower in boiled salt water and have it for few minutes. Now mix the rice powder, corn powder, maida powder with oil in a container. In the minute add ginger garlic paste, salt and chilly powder. Now dip the boiled cauliflower in the mixture and make deep fry in oil. Now the Crispy Cauliflower is ready.

Serve along with Fried Rice,  Sambar Rice
